The brief
Birch & Vale produce the millwork behind some of the city's best-known interiors, always under someone else's name. They wanted designers and contractors to specify them directly.
What we changed
- 01
Structured the site around materials and joints rather than finished rooms — veneer, brass inlay, curved solid, stone-to-timber.
- 02
A specification enquiry form that captures drawings, timber species and site dates in one step.
- 03
Directed a half-day workshop shoot; the resulting library carries the whole site with no stock imagery.
